I hate having to hear cases involving children. People should learn to be adults and not bicker over their children like they are property. I had to decide a case today where a parent wanted to take their magical child and raise the muggle. We, of course, sided with the other parent. I have no idea how anyone could deny their child their right as a witch or wizard to be raised in magical society. Fortunately, the law is behind us on this.
I know I could never do that to Chloe.
